The Center

The Center for Facial Deformity treats a broad spectrum of surgical problems
for children with facial deformity.

Facial deformity, which arises from many different types of birth defects and
medical conditions, is often misunderstood and poorly treated. An experienced pediatric plastic surgeon should direct care for children affected with conditions causing facial deformity.

Dr. Kim serves as the Director of Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery programs at the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital and the Westchester Medical Center. As a pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgeon, Dr. Kim finds himself in a unique place to help children.

The dedication to Dr. Kim's work comes from the great satisfaction he receives by restoring the natural symmetry and balance of the human face and body for those children born with such complex physical deformities.
